In December 1999 I attended the 1st International Conference on Ibogaine, held in New York by the New York University. In January 2000 I’ve conducted my first Ibogaine sessions with Karl Naeher, an experienced ibogaine treatment provider. Then in spring of the same year I’ve treated on my own my first addicts. The results were so overwhelming that I decided to dedicate myself to the ibogaine full time.
I provide ibogaine treatments since Jan 2000. Within the year 2006 and 2007 I`ve had the opportunity for about 6 months to conduct treatments in a private clinic in Prague (Those of you who saw me in the reportage on Drevet on the Swedish Channell 4 have also seen that clinic). After these 6 months the clinic justly noted that from a legal point of view this kind of treatment was way too risky, in case of an adverse event, as not only the ibogaine is not a registered medication but also it doesn't have even an official manufacturer.The agreement with the clinic is that the ibogaine treatments will be interrupted till I manage to obtain pharmaceutical ibogaine and some sort of permit from the regulating authorities. Till this moment comes I will help prospective clients to get treated in other places, according to their needs and possibilities.
